Then, DTM Group will send you offers for goods and services relevant to the categories of interest you have chosen. To better provide our subscribers with relevant offers, DTM Group appends traditional data to email records. DTM Group will broadcast special offers that would be of value to any online consumer to all DTM Group subscribers.
DTM Group values your e-privacy. Our subscribers’ email addresses will not be shared with any third party except (i) where such third party has demonstrated to DTM Group that the subscriber is a customer of such third party and not just a prospect, and (ii) if compelled to do so by proper judicial or governmental authorities. With the exception of email transmissions conducted by a third party to its customer database, all email transmissions will be conducted by DTM Group. DTM Group maintains all personally identifiable information in its proprietary database. DTM Group does, however, provide “optional” information such as name, postal address, zip code, age, gender, etc. to third parties for non-electronic media. DTM Group remains dedicated to providing notice and choice to all DTM Group subscribers. The first sentence in each and every offer from DTM Group provides subscribers the option to unsubscribe and remove themselves from our database. Once a subscriber unsubscribes and chooses to be removed from our database, the subscriber will no longer receive any offers from DTM Group. Please note, however, the subscriber may still receive offers from other affiliated websites he or she subscribed to. The subscriber must either visit those websites to unsubscribe or unsubscribe through the link provided in the affiliated website’s email advertisements.

It is just as easy to unsubscribe as it is to “Opt-in”! You can choose to remove yourself from our database and terminate your subscription at any time. To unsubscribe, simply click the remove link in the first sentence of any DTM Group offer. You can also choose to remove yourself from our database at any time by clicking the “Opt-out” link located at http://www.DTMGroup.com/opt-out Please note, however, that while you will no longer receive any offers from DTMGroup.com, you may still receive offers from other affiliated websites you subscribed to. You must either visit those websites to unsubscribe or unsubscribe through the link provided in the affiliated website’s email advertisement.
